FMOA accepts all insurances* as well as those who prefer to pay out of pocket†.
*While FMOA accepts all insurances, we may not be in-network with all plans. If you are unsure if your plan will cover your visit, please contact them prior to your visit. We are not able to contact your insurance to determine coverage.
† For those who wish to pay out of pocket, a 20% discount is given when their bill is paid-in-full on the date of service

FMOA partners with both Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital and the University of Virginia Healthcare System.
Laboratory Affiliations
- FMOA primarily utilizes the University of Virginia (UVA) laboratory.
- FMOA will utilize LabCorp if you are insured through HealthKeepers or Optima. Please be aware that it is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that the clinical staff is aware of your health insurance needs.
