NOTE:  If you need to speak to your provider during normal office hours, our office staff will take a message and locate your medical record. Even if you specify the provider to return your call, one of our experienced nurses will make the initial reply to see how she might be able to help or answer questions before the provider becomes available.

Prescription Refill Requests:  Please provide 24 – 72 hours for processing your request.  For a healthcare provider to ensure that a certain medication dosing  is appropriate, you may be asked to complete a follow up visit prior to refills being provided.  No controlled medications refills will be provided without an appointment with the healthcare provider who manages your pain/stimulant health condition.
